HOW ASTROLOGY WORKS?

Many people say that whether astrology valid or not, does it work or not work.
I say that if you are a good astrologer, you know how to reach situations of the planets, you can predict that there is going to be rain: a person who doesn’t know this will know to take an umbrella, but because you know astrology – you will take an umbrella where you have to be, but it will rain. It will rain, but you will take an umbrella, this is how astrology works!
FAITH IN ASTROLOGY
…drought …no rains, nothing…
So some people decided to do a yagya for invoking the rains, big crowd gathered , but only one child was having faith, only that child took umbrella with him, he was sure, it will rain, because so much things is going on. Having faith is good. It’s saves you from time to time!
PADMASNA VS SIDDHASANA
The difference between padmasana and siddhasana: you just at somebody sitting in padmasana, both knees touching the ground: from head to the knees a different type of triangle is forming, which is creating a very different type of shakti inside you, which will fuse prana and apana together.
Look at the siddhasana: legs are more out and the triangle which is forming – it is much more near to the pyramid which we see. It will create a different power inside you and your nervous system so you can tolerate the most deepest of the Naad sound: that will guiding you further for attaining samadhi. Siddhasana is especially for experiencing Naad; always with khechari with the particular high position – and you merge your mind into the Naad: that is the speciality of the siddhasana. And the triangle.
EGO OF TANTRIC
…they continue to do this worship – they actually decide.
Q: so the deities are choosing the person who will worship them?
Guruji: I think so, yes. For many people I’ve seen those who started on their own: it didn’t last long.
Q: they did it for some certain purpose- like for money or something?
Guruji: mostly, yes.
Q: what about those people who consider themselves as tantriks: they are worshipping different deities for different purposes?
Guruji: they are actually professionals, they may not be doing it for their own good; but if the customer is coming – they are doing certain rituals for their benefit after taking a certain amount.
Q: but are they the real devotees of that deities to whom they are doing the rituals?
Guruji: not exactly.
Q: maybe that’s why their career is ending not in a good way?
Guruji: yes, majority of their careers are goes like this. When some of your rituals are successful, and your name and fame is increasing – so your ego is also bloating out of proportion. Great ego start developing – and then they take wrong decisions.
SURFERS ON THE WAVES OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Q: it exists the opinion that the wisdom creates many sufferings; that more developed is your mind – more sufferings you will have?
Guruji: no, I disagreed. Wisdom is the entertainment of the wise.( smiling). If you will try to make an idiot the wise person – of course, he will suffer. You cannot force wisdom on anyone.
Q: could we say that the cause of sufferings it’s the lack of wisdom?
Guruji: I think so, yes
Q: is it true that the consciousness is something higher – and the mind is like some part of your personality?
Guruji: no, consciousness is an expression of your mind. You cannot separate them.
Consciousness is so vast; it is everywhere – like ocean; but when it becomes centred in an individual like you – then the mind comes. Like you take a small portion of water out of ocean: you can call it a drop, nobody call it an ocean. But it is part of the ocean, and it has an individuality – so like your mind. A drop out of the ocean of consciousness.
Q: but we’re limited by so many limitations…
Guruji: go beyond your limitations and realize your true nature!
Q: but can we say that the mind is the part of the consciousness?
Guruji: yes, ocean of the consciousness. When we give a term to something very vast, like ocean – it becomes the individual like a term; so a mind. If the great body of water can be called ocean; then the great vast expanse of consciousness can be called mind; how much you experience it – it’s up to you. Actually mind is a vast- vast-vast consciousness, which we cannot fell up or we cannot mill. Who are we? We are just riding the waves of this vast ocean, surfers.
Q: is it one of the main purposes of the practice: to understand that we are part of this great ocean?
Guruji: first is that your brain is sleeping, 98% – you wake it up; enjoy the waves, surf on all the waves; then when you’re tired of surfing – start diving deep into this. Then maybe you will realize your true nature. It’s a big thing( smiling)
Q: if we will connect ourselves with the shape – we will leave ourselves; but if we will connect with the water…
Guruji: no; the wave of ocean is called a wave – but nobody says this is ocean; we say “waves of ocean”. So it is our outlook, our point of view.
Q: but the wave is the shape of the water?
Guruji: but how the waves rise? When the wind and the air touch it in a certain way; so when the vayu touches the ocean of consciousness – you become in individual. And the breathing begins, and you think “yes, I am”.
Q: so until unless we’re not breathing – we’re not consider ourselves as individuals?
Guruji: only then, when you’re in breathless condition, you realize : you’re ocean. Till then your individuality will remain.
Q: could we say, that breathe creates us?
Guruji: let’s say vayu: a touch of vayu creates the wave. Instead of high note – today we start on a deep note.
Q: could we somehow imagine for ourselves on our level of development what is the consciousness itself? Is it like vast ocean – or it’s impossible?
Guruji: the Void is the ocean of consciousness.
Q: and what is the Void? The absence of energy, the absence of everything?
Guruji: no, this is the ocean of consciousness( smiling) and you become aware of it.
Q: could we say that the Void is unlimited possibilities of the expressions of the energy?
Guruji: energy is a highest form of matter. Void starts after that. Read my explanation of Gita! Energy is just a last unit of matter.
Q: how we will understand it: from matter to energy or from energy to matter?
Guruji: you keep breaking matter, you reach atom, break the atom – then you experience great energy. This is the last expression of matter.
Q: could we say that the Void is the carrier for the energy?
Guruji: Void is a carrier of all movements and all matter. Read my commentary on Yoga Sutras!
Q: could we say that the Void is the place, where everything is coming into being?
Guruji: it is not a place, it’s a state. A place, which is not placed.
LOVE
Q: but for example love – it’s also the state?
Guruji: love? Wow, I have no idea. In Sanskrit the word “love” means a very small unit of time. Usually love last that long. We must respect Hindus: one of the sons of Lord Rama name was Lav: but I’ve never seen any western man going with the name “love”. Hindus were aware of love 2 millions years before( smiling)
Q: Guruji but what You can say about unconditional love?
Guruji: love itself is a condition. When you’re in love – you’re always expect good things; expecting good things will create some conditions. If you want good condition in love – go for air conditioning(smiling)
Q: could exist such a state of mind of a human being – to be in love without object? Just a feeling of love without subject?
Guruji: I’ve already commented on that: unconditional thing is ok, but very deep, very close emancipate friendship becomes love.
Q: but is it possible to feel love without any other person or object?
Guruji: it is possible
Q: so what is this state? When you just feel love?
Guruji: you can be in love with any object, any material thing, even animals, the place, a person: love you cannot limit – that only persons can be in love. It can express itself in anyway.
Q: but could it have no object at all?
Guruji: then it will be a mental state and I think a very lucky person will experience that. I think if you have this condition – everybody who will be coming near you: they will feel great in your company. Love will be oozing out of you without charity.
There was a very great poet: Shakir Badain: just before his death he wrote a very great poetry. I will try to translate:
love is a process: love is a purpose, love is a process and love is a result. And I’m dying in love. So, over; enjoy! I’m just saying final god-bye to you – in love. The last time has come; last evening I will enjoy; and before I stop drinking forever – please, give me a glass of wine, before I quit!( smiling)- he was the great man, Shakir Badain!
After I die, they gave me a bath and put a shroud on me; and even before 2 minutes were over – they bury me in the tomb. After you’re dead, who cares? This is my final good-bye to the world.
ENERGY AND ATOMS
Q: about atoms and energy: we have a lot of atoms…
Guruji: that simply tells me that you’re powerhouse of energy. If somehow you’re able to access all that force of your atoms, which maybe billions and trillions inside
Q: is every atom has the same quantity of energy?
Guruji: yes. One atom will express its energy – it will start a chain reaction. This is what eminent scientists tell you.
Q: but the body will be no more in that case?
Guruji: it will transform into pure energy.
Q: but different chemical elements have different quantity of the energy – if we put them into reactor?
Guruji: yes, but whatever: if you reach the nucleus – you will find energy, whatever atom of chemical element you will take
INDIVIDUALITY OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Q: in some books it is said that when the person becomes enlighten – he become to see everyone and everything like the one?
Guruji: I will answer it when I’ll become enlighten. I’ve read such things, yes.
Q: generally what do You think: is it possible to see everything as one?
Guruji: only I can say: the source of our existence is one: Mother Earth is the core source of our existence. But the individuality will always be there.
Q: Mother Earth is the core source of our physical existence, our body existence?
Guruji: our life depends on Earth.
Q: but what about the spirits?
Guruji: nobody knows the true nature of spirits: maybe they also are coming from Earth – who knows?
Q: we discussed some time back that the spirits have the very different nature and maybe coming from different sources: so these different sources are on Mother Earth?
Guruji: even in our body different type of bacteria are here and there – so on her also. We consider her for the core of the life. But we’re all individuals, different people.
Q: when we will be able to see the consciousness: we will see the parts of one consciousness or we will see totally individual consciousness?
Guruji: always consciousness will remain individual as the wave – but you will also see the basis of whatever existence.
Q: the spirit and the consciousness: are they different?
Guruji: you’re conscious because of your spirit inside.
Q: is it the fixed number of spirits existing or they are added somehow?
Guruji: no idea: their population has never been counted.
Q: so the spirits are the parts of something one?
Guruji: we don’t know exactly: there are different sources for them.
Q: yes, it’s common mistake: I remember I’ve asked you about behaviour of young spirits – who are just indulging themselves – and You said that it’s not the spirits, but the consciousness is young?
Guruji: no, not the spirit: they are too old.
Q: now I’m totally confused: the eternal force, it’s a spirit or it’s a consciousness?
Guruji: Hindus call it Paramatma, supreme spirit.
Q: but who is taking the next incarnation – the spirit or the consciousness?
Guruji: both together.
Q: so they are together forever – the spirit and the consciousness?
Guruji: oh, they can change partners.
Q: what is this notion “I am”? is it the part of the consciousness? Or is it the part of the spirit?
Guruji: because of the spirit you’re conscious and you’re able to think “I am”.
Q: because of the spirit in the body?
Guruji: that gives you life. And what is life? See, the person in coma: he is out. But when he becomes conscious – he is sort of alive again. When the spirit is connecting with the body – you’re becoming conscious of that you’re alive. Consciousness depends on coming of the spirit.
Q: if the spirit has no body – he has the consciousness?
Guruji: of their own. Even vampires and werewolves have consciousness.
Q: so it exists the consciousness of the body and the consciousness of the spirit, which is separate?
Guruji: same thing like my consciousness is different, his consciousness is different – it’s just a matter of individual.
Q: if in the person the consciousness is an expression of the mind; then what is the consciousness of a spirit? They have mind?
Guruji: of course! They are expressions of the Paramatma, the supreme spirit.
Q: and they don’t need the physical organ like brain?
Guruji: no, they are pure consciousness – of the very different sort. Yoga will not take you to heaven or hell – but it will give you enough power to create your own heaven.
Q: and hell
Guruji: (smiling) too much charity will lead to hell.
Q: Guruji, Your opinion: the heaven and hell are the real places somewhere – maybe in different dimensions; or they are the states of mind?
Guruji: they are real places.
Q: but they are different: so one place is heaven for Christians, another places is heaven for muslims – like that?
Guruji: I will say – Hindus heaven is much better.
Q: so they are like different 5 star hotels on the coast?
Guruji: multiple choice is there. And currency is your good deeds. Finest of the sallies, golden palaces.
Q: and who is coming to heaven and hell: the spirit?
Guruji: the ghost.
Q: what is the difference between spirit and the ghost?
Guruji: even a ghost is carrying the spirit.
Q: so we can say that the ghost is just another form of life?
Guruji: of course. Any person died becomes ghost, all of them.
Q: is it like an astral or thin or subtle body?
Guruji: when we use the word “astral body” we don’t even know how it looks – it’s just a word. This concept I find the hilarious: that you suffer now – but after death you will enjoy in heaven. Who is come back to tell us about heaven? I read one Russian joke: one Russian businessman went to some great problems and he was worried; and the devil appeared to make a deal with him. And he said: I will grant you every desire you have, just sign here – but I will have your soul after death. And Russian asked most profound question: you will give me everything I desire and you will get my soul after I’m dead; what’s the catch here?( laughing)
SAMADHI OR ENLIGHTENMENT
Q: the certain atomic reaction, which yogin can do under his control: to reach the core of atom and take this amount of energy – so he creates the new body?
Guruji: no, when you will become pure consciousness – only electric charges will remain. You don’t have gone through atomic condition.
Q: isn’t it parallel between alchemist and yogin: alchemist is turning base metal into gold…
Guruji: and yogin is doing it with his own body, agree.
Q: but any particle has the same energy, as I understand?
Guruji: as they say. But we will need some great machine to observe it.
Q: from Your inside the body experience: You perceived that vast energy?
Guruji: yes, everything is there. When you even see more finer things – then pure beauty appears. Like you will look at yourself: just imagine yourself smaller than anything and standing on the proton of the atom of your body – you will see yourself as galaxies and stars. You can see that: what you feel – you see. East or west – yoga is the best( smiling)
You need to make the first step for your journey: so go on! When I’ve started – I had very prototype ideas about samadhi; but whatever happened was absolutely beyond my imagination. Even Patanjali writes in Sutras, that the result of yoga is said: until unless you experience – you cannot imagine about it. And I agree on that.
Q: samadhi and enlightenment: are they different?
Guruji: samadhi is the very different thing than enlightenment. I still don’t know exactly, what is enlightenment. Just a word. When we switch on the light – the room is enlighten. Maybe when the light of wisdom starts in your mind – maybe you’re enlightened then.
Q: maybe some yogi could see the electrical charges in his brain and all the brain lighten?
Guruji: but nobody came forward to say it: they said – he received the enlightenment and said I’m not the body, I’m a spirit. So we don’t understand, what they were trying to say.
Q: I think maybe they saw that light in the brain – that’s why this term came?
Guruji: every disciple of mine is enlightened: they see light in Yoni mudra, all.
Q: what can we say about art of yoga: it has one source – or from the beginning it has different sources and different paths?
Guruji: Shiva is the one source. Patanjali was one of the disciples of Nandi, one of the chief ganas of Shiva. Original source is from Shiva Ji.
Q: could we say that the main source is Yoga Sutras Patanjali?
Guruji: according to Naths, which started from Shiva there are some Naths books which are more ancient time than Patanjali. Whatever you achieve: you achieve enlightenment, samadhi, great money, great fame – main result is feel good. Just to feel good you go and achieve something. This is the core of all achievements: feel good. And I will give you the criteria of been in love: we have a Bollywood song, which may be true: whoever will be in love – he will start singing a song. If somebody is not singing a song – that means he is or she is not in love.
Q: what is the criteria that person has achieved samadhi?
Guruji: oh, he start working out in a gym. Listening to songs( laughing)
