Q: why smashan and sushumna are considered as synonyms?
Guruji: well, body represents the past; so when the dead body is being cremated in smashan, all his past karmas – good deeds, bad deeds, – are simply burnt away in cleansing fire.
So when you enter sushumna and sushumna is awaken – all your karmas are gone; and you are free from the past, you’re enjoying the moment of the present and you are free to choose a new future for yourself. That’s why smashan and sushumna are synonyms.

NO INTERFERE
Well, in my 67 years I’ve never tried to interfere in anyone’s life.
But on the interesting side: everybody has tried to interfere in my life. But it’s ok: it increased my tolerance to the great heights. Thank you!
COMING OR GOING
Very profound question came my way: why are You staying in one place? I told them – I was not aware, whether I’m coming or going: so I decided to remain in one place. It was so simple.
BECOME NORMAL
When people hear that I’ve been practicing Kriya yoga for 42 years and they think I’m not normal, I’m extraordinary; but I keep telling them – in the beginning I was thinking I’m a normal person. After 42 years of very regular practice, now, I have begun to be a little normal. So, you think and you also do something to become normal.
QUALITY OF THE DIAMOND
When you polish a diamond and cut it from different angles and create an angles in it,
it improves the brilliance of the diamond; but it’s basic nature was already a diamond.
So, you cannot polish a coal or any other thing and convert into a diamond. The quality should be there from the beginning; but with enough handy work, intelligent work, you can make them brilliant, like a diamond.

WHAT IS TAPAS?
Tapasya or tapas; tapaswi – who is doing tapas is called tapaswi.
And if the woman is doing it she is called tapaswini.
And in India, in Hindu books it is written that people used to do tapasya for hundreds of years, thousands of years.
And I think if you are not doing something more than 50 years – it can not be called tapasya or tapas.
It’s a very-very deep thing and it takes very powerful mind and a great resolve to achieve something: then you go and do the tapasya.

PRACTICE IS PROTECTION
I’ve seen many – some of the disciples: I’ve no comment on them.
Whenever they are facing any problem, the first thing they do is to leave the practice – so they will be able to face the problem in a better way.
But they are losing their protection.
It is like you fell in a churning river with high current and you remove your life jacket so that you will be saved.
Never do that!
Because it’s a big protection, it will protect you ultimately!
CURED FROM SEX
I don’t know, why he asked me this: oh, I can’t be without woman and I want to be brahmachari: so please suggest me, what should I do? I want to leave sex forever.
I said: think again. Will you be able to follow my suggestion? – yes, yes!
I said: make the promise that you will follow. He made a promise.
Then I said: do it morning, noon time and evening time – three times a day. Go!
Within 10-12 days he was begging me: please, remove that promise from me – I cannot tolerate it anymore.
I said: you were asking, too much into it – now have it! I think he came out well after that. He was under the impression I will tell him, why I should not do it; I said – go, three times a day! He was cured!
When you forget about the source, from where the consciousness is coming to you – then ego starts to develop and you think – yes, I am immortal, I am eternal always. Because you’re aware of yourself, you’re conscious – but you’re no longer aware of the source of life. And source of life is the basic of subconsciousness and your feeling of being as well.
Q: so the causal world is the world of spirits or the world of akash?
Guruji: causal world means the cause: so cause is soul – we’ve just covered it. So causal world is where the souls live or the spirits live. It’s nearly impossible to give a simile to it, no example can be given. How can we imagine where is no trace of five elements? We cannot give any example for that.
Q: this world is in Alakh Niranjan – or somewhere else?
Guruji: we can call it Alakh Niranjan, beyond carbon. The world, which is a cause of everything, is Alakh Niranjan.
DROP OF TIME
Q: there ( Alakh Niranjan ) all the elements were also created?
Guruji: we don’t know, who created them: they are supposed to be eternal – beginningless and endless. Eternals! Because we take birth and die – so it is human program, that we see the beginning and the end, creation and annihilation at the same time. But there are forces – they just happened, we don’t know, how. And the are eternals: go on and on and on. It’s very mysterious creation, and such things are beyond creation.
Q: but that forces – they maybe the part of the other forces?
Guruji: maybe the drop of Time. Swatmarama writes: the body is the sentence of Time. So the eternal Time has a drop, comes and feels a certain time frame inside the body. Poetically we can say that. The drop is not changing: the sentence of Time is changing, physical body.
Q: why this sentence is changing so much? If we took Ramayana – they were living at least for 700 years or more?
Guruji: that time is gone; and the spirits have already experienced that.
Q: now they need shorter period for experience?
Guruji: still we don’t know, what program they are coming. Maybe all the things are happened simultaneously at the same time. That’s why simple thing is there: and they come ok in this time frame you go and in that time frame you go. Everything is happening at the same time. Never forget the six lines of Time!
Q: if the five elements are the same, why so different time frames?
Guruji: every frame has different varieties and flavour.
Q: if we took even Mahabharata: Bhishma’s life span
Guruji: he was 180 and Dronacharya was in his 5th century: he was very old.
Q: but nowadays we hardly could find even people around 127
Guruji: those days are gone: even if you touch 100 – it’s a very-very-very big achievement.
Q: but elements are the same? Or even they changes?
Guruji: maybe the program is different. Elements are same.
Q: if everything is happen simultaneously – then there is no changes absolutely?
Guruji: we’re sitting here today; do you think if we travel in time- all our life every day every moment we can visit: sowe’re also living in that time frame. And we’re here also, in future also; how we begin to differentiate, how you start to categorise where we are? Take a science fiction of time travelling: suppose we go back 10 years: we will see ourselves, the same thing which we have done. If we go in future – 10 years in future: we will see ourselves doing everything; and now we’re here, what we call present moment. So we’re everywhere at the same time: in the past also, and in the future also and in the present also. You need to develop your vision: so you will see your life in its totality, not in frames like a movie. Maybe we will reach there – it takes some time.
Q: if our vision will be so vast and we can see our start and finish: so it is fixed and nothing could be changed?
Guruji: only what you will learn out of it. Or if you’re intelligent enough to add some spice to your life. That’s the game: everything is fixed, but how you present it? That’s the main game.
Q: we already discussed that even in the chart you cannot see that the person will be practicing yoga; so if he will achieve – is it also in the script?
Guruji: they leave it probable.
Q: so at least one option is probable?
Guruji: probable. And I will quote from James Bond: the Q is saying to James Bond: always have the escape plan! Everything is fixed – but you should be intelligent enough to have the escape plan. We have learn lots from movies. So we must have our escape plan ready.
Q: if someone start to practice yoga in one of the incarnations – it must change all the next ones?
Guruji: it is just one long line -as Dracula Untold says: why differentiate this life from the others, when one is just continuation of the other? It’s our point of view that we were there in that birth and now we’re here in this birth.
Q: and what about that probability?
Guruji: probability adds spice of mystery
PROBABILITY OR DESTINY
Q: ok, but if someone starts to practice yoga and in 40 or 50 years achieves very great heights in that; but unluckily this person could not be aware of yoga path at all and live his life completely in a different way?
Guruji: he will not even be aware of what he is missing. He needs to be aware for that. That’s the game. If you will consider the word “probability” – it’s too deep word: it will cover every option which can be there.
Q: is it like a destiny?
Guruji: there was a time – I was thinking I’m doing everything: now I look back and I think – it just happened.
Q: but You told in Your autobiography that even Your script of the life was written before – but the meetings with Babaji and Matsyendranath was not there?
Guruji: that was not in the script, which I saw in 1985 three times – I saw myself this area, living it, but Shivalingam and appearance of Shiva was not there. Me, wearing red and doing abhisheka – it was not in destiny.
Whoever is writing the script of life – it is not like a movie where the script is fixedand you cannot improvise: they always leave big room for improvisation and adding more spice and entertainment and learning – that field remains open there; even though general script is there.
Q: I thought finding the Shivalingam was in general script?
Guruji: it was not there.
Q: maybe You have not seen it?
Guruji: oh, I saw it three times – I remember what I saw. Later I heard that three people were trying to get this Shivalingam – and it came to me; so it was probable then. It’s probability of the game, which could change something. But now I’m ok: to create the routine for Shailendra Sharma Shiva Ji Himself had to intervene. This I’m eternally grateful.
Again I will remind you: probability is the very vast thing. Because we’re not that developed – we just see one or two possibilities. But there are untold of possibilities connected to us! We need to become aware of them, that’s the main point.
Again I will say: the sadhu, who gave me water on Amara Pahar – that was the beginning of something supernatural.
Q: that is the question: it was in the general script?
Guruji: I think it has to be. I was not even started to practice yoga in 1979 – I was interested, interest was beginning. But after that drinking of water it speeded up too much.
Q: so what is in the general script? The date of birth and the date of death only?
Guruji: most of the people take birth to work out result of their own previous karmas: that’s why it remains more or less fixed.
Q: this probability is like a rope and you’re like a kite?
Guruji: if you will remain only a kite, your probability will be just that cord which you’re flying. And when the kite became self-aware and learn how to fly herself – then vast probabilities will open up.
Your action depends on your awareness.
If you are a depressed person – even an entertainment and funny situation will depress you even more(smiling).
So main thing is get rid of the depression and see the funny side of most of the things which you’re going to face.
EMOTIONS IS EVOLUTION FOR THE SPIRITS
Q: what happens after the communication with the spirit and even knowing the source, Ishwar Himself – what will happen with the old spirit then?
Guruji: you will not need it – but it will continue as a spirit. They have billions and billions of different options. Even we are just one option for them. They may decide to stay with you like a friend. It is not our spirit: we belong to the spirits.
Q: they were created like such higher beings? Or they also can evolve to higher levels?
Guruji: they are eternal forces. Evolution has no copyrights for human beings; they maybe evolving from the very different level, which we cannot even understand.
Q: so when they take different bodies to animate – it’s not the evolution for them?
Guruji: what I have noticed so far, a little: they evolve by experiencing our emotions, different type of emotions. Somehow they are very deeply connected with the emotions. Human, animal – that doesn’t matter to them. And if you look around – there is such vast variety for the emotions. They like to experience that. Our emotions also; that’s why they create so many situations: because in every situation emotions changed. They relish that emotions, they love it.
Q: so could we say that completely evolved spirit – it’s a spirit who have experienced all the emotions?
Guruji: there is always room for some more. There is no limit.
Q: if the spirits are coming from Alakh Niranjan, then from where our consciousness comes?
Guruji: with life! (smiling)
Q: but we have some space or time where all our consciousnesses are living?
Guruji: I read one comics – it was fantastic; where all our imaginations live. It maybe true, because comics also gives us tells us some very profound things.
Q: but it doesn’t exist the separate world for the consciousness and another for the spirit?
Guruji: maybe together – or maybe different; how we can separate ourselves from our imagination?
Q: does it mean that we must control our emotions very strictly?
Guruji: I will say – it’s wrong approach. Yogi are trying not control, but to understand these emotions. Most of our emotions are the reactions to certain situations.
Q: is it true that yogi is controlling manas?
Guruji: no. they have very friendly relationship with their manas. There is the biggest stigma of human beings: they try to control everything. And they always fail.
Q: Guruji, could You explain for us the term “sthirabuddhi”? if it’s not control – then what it is?
Guruji: “sthira” means stable. If you have a slave – he will never be stable.
Q: what will happen with the consciousness when we will merge with the source, with Ishwar?
Guruji: it will develop even more.
Q: but it remains with us?
Guruji: yes, individuality will remain and it will continue more and more and more. It will always remain connected.
Q: where we will be with the Ishwar? In Alakh Niranjan?
Guruji: in your heart first. He lives in the heart.
Q: but is it possible on that level remain in physical world?
Guruji: of course, even remain in physical body – but of different quality. It is impossible to imagine the person’s personality and the way of life, who is connected directly with the Ishwar in the heart. What he is thinking, how he will react, what his imagination is touching – we don’t know. Too high.
THE INFLUENCE OF A STRONG SOUL ON THE WHOLE KIND
Q: have You the experience of the close interaction with Kali Ma?
Guruji: she first bless me way back in 1996. And still I receive Her grace. First She, then Shiva. Then some physical evidences will come up: like I got so many body parts of Shakti. After Shiva Ji appeared I’ve got Shivalingam; such things will start.
Q: is it important to be connected with the roots and the family lineage?
Guruji: you cannot change your genetics; it will enhance your family line. Whatever wisdom you will attain, whatever level of evolution you will attain – it will enhance your family line.
Q: but Matsyendranath’s family declined him?
Guruji: even then: if they were not declining him – he wouldnever become the disciple of Shiva.
Q: then the question is: his tapas and all his wisdom – it affects his parents?
Guruji: 100%! But it was part of his destiny. It turned to be the best thing which could happen to Matsyendranath.
Q: but their motive was bad?
Guruji: whatever – it turned out to be extremely good.
Q: if we take Daksha?
Guruji: Daksha was a villain; his motive was very different. Motives are different.
Q: is it possible for the person with great spiritual possibilities to take birth in very weak family line?
Guruji: I’ve never seen it happened. Every great soul needs a very strоng carrier.
Q: maybe some tantric did certain ritual and invoke such spirit?
Guruji: remember, every tantric is not self-depend: they are depending on others. Here is the difference: yogis are depending on themselves.
Q: but technically is it possible to invoke such a spirit in some family?
Guruji: family will be crushed, nobody will survive.
Q: is it possible for someone from kshatriya lineage to become a brahmin?
Guruji: we were brahmins from the beginning.
Q: so Your family lineage were not kshatriyas?
Guruji: they were warriors – Dronacharya and Ashwatthaman– the greatest warriors. Parashurama is our family Guru. By birth they were all brahmins. Brahmins used to be the very great warriors.
Q: that kshatriyas, who surrounded to Parashurama: are they still considered as kshatriyas?
Guruji: some started to make wine – they are no longer kshatriyas. But some kshatriyas survived – and they are there.
BREEDING PROGRAM
Q: if someone will try to please some god and after some time his wish will be fulfilled – he will think it’s only by the power of that god?
Guruji: not his wish: because his karmas are also towards to complete it. But you cannot discard: sometime somewhere the luck shines. I think it’s all about finally making money. If you look down to everything- it narrows down to that. All praying are mostly for making money or for having money.
Q: without paying attention to most precious things like life and health?
Guruji: oh, who cares for that
Q: until unless it is there – no one
Guruji: oh yes, only when it is gone. But the whole system is to procreate children: whatever you’re working and saving – you’re going to leave it to your children. Children may do the same thing to their children. The whole society is moving around that single point. I think this is a vicious circle – in a way. Those who don’t have children – they are trying to adopt someone: so they can leave their property to that child or someone. So: it is just a breeding program.
Q: it has some final aim – to have a great breeds or what?
Guruji: it’s a human farm created by some god or someone. Now we are in auto mode: keep on breeding on our own.
Q: what about mixing the races? Is it good for the special breeding program?
Guruji: there are many people, who prefer the pure taste of any drink. Cocktails are not for everybody. Purity they are maintaining.
